Coffee was nice, the scone was also nice but I was charged for clotted cream I wasn't given. Didn't realise until I left. Nice scam to increase the profits

Recently visited this tea room with my family, including 2 children. My server forgot to put in my order to the kitchen and then didn't apologise for his mistake. We waited nearly 2 hours for food.

Lovely, seats outside looking at the old bridge and the river, we had good coffee and breakfast another day, also good ice cream, lovely cafe stylish
