We've got at least 10 of our very much loved and missed pets that all have been cremated and then placed in their own casket. Cats, dogs, reptiles. Definitely needs a website though! Great service without fail!

Couldn't have asked for a better service. Gave up their bank holiday evening to support us. Lovely sleeping cat urn for out cats final resting place. Thank you for making a upsetting time easier. Angela & Phil Turrell

When I called ahead to ask to have our cat dropped off the lady said to do so in the afternoon that day. When we turned up she didn't answer the door, luckily another lady arrived and told us she had fallen asleep and she would assist us instead. When I called to ask about the collection, the lady didn't know who I was so I explained a young lady had assisted us as she had fallen asleep to which she replied, "I don't think so, I must of told her to deal with you". Not particularly pleasant seeing as this is a sensitive matter and her tone was utterly unfriendly to say the least. I had asked if our cat could be put into a scatter tube rather than a box as we wanted to scatter him in our garden where he used to play. When I arrived I was shocked to find out we were being charged 95 to have our 3kg cat cremated plus he had been put in a box rather than a scatter tube so we had been charged for that as well. Once again the lady wasn't very pleasant considering it's an upsetting time and she insisted that was the cost to get the furnace fired up. A friend of ours was quoted 130 to have her large border collie cremated so 30 difference for a cat so small seems ridiculous to me. All in all, we wish we had used the service suggested by the vet as I'm sure they would have been much more sympathetic and more reasonably priced. She made a horrible situation much worse and I suggest if she doesn't see fit to be kind and reasonable, she should retire.

I've used there service 3 times and twice I've been shocked and disappointed by their negligence and unprofessional service. 1st time I paid the son in cash then the elderly parents asked for payment as well. 2nd time only half my dogs ashes were returned as I noticed how little ashes there were from my large breed dog. Have been told by friends and other people that have used this place that its dirty and pets r on the floor in a que. Hardly respectful or dignified is it. A pet is a living being NOT an IT! Greedy and out for profit from people and their dead pets. Pets r family!
