As a driver the reception staff just left me for about 5mins standing there, i had to speak first and even then it was like an inconvenience.

Shocking service. Took a Volvo truck for MOT that was new on fleet and not used in my company to this place to be checked over, prepared and presented for MOT prior to our use. It was presented in an unroadworthy condition by WW Truck and BUS failing on Brake system and components which has negatively affected my OCRS. They also couldn't repair the rear steering when someone else could. They told me it had passed forgetting to inform me that it had failed previously then I was assured it was put through on their own licence but they lied about that too as its against my OCRS. The ethics and technical competency in this depot require questioning. I have been forced to remove them as vehicle servicing on my O Licence due to both the dishonesty and incompetency
