        Despite in the past having spent over 6,000 with them including a new overpriced wheelchair, rollator, and small mobility scooter, to support local business, as well as a service and new battery, the owner berated me for buying a secondhand mobility scooter this time for an elderly friend to use, was reluctant, or was it refusing (?) to repair and service it when it went wrong, and slammed the phone down on me mid conversation when I politely said OK I'll go somewhere else! Stinking attitude, I'll never use them again.
