We've had a very similar experience to the other negative review and now after given promises that have never transpired are living in a very cold caravan with a condemned fire and a boiler that is not what it should be. we've given fred all the time to come back and help us but now he's got our money he doesn't want to know. My recommendation would be to purchase your caravan from anywhere else before going here. what a shame - if you honour your promises to your customers it really doesn't need to be like this.

I used Sweetnap Caravan Sales as I knew them personally. However after agreeing price and delivery being included, things went downhill. I had sitting and delivery by their recommended siters, which all went to plan and was very pleased. On the day of delivery I was informed Sweetnaps plumber was self isolating and asked to find our own, and they would cover the costs of the boiler/oven/fire service. However since asking for this to be compensated, I have been informed I was wrong and their plumber was not isolating. So either it is a ploy to get out of paying me the servicing charge and certification of the gas appliances or resentment that I noticed a mistake had been made on their site and delivery was included. Which it isn't usually. Either way they have soured a 30,000 deal for the sake of 500. A personal relationship also damaged.
