Many of our guests said it was the best wedding food they've ever had! Sophie is lovely, and her food is awesome.

Sophie's company did such a fantastic job of catering our wedding this summer. The food was simply excellent - beautifully slow roasted spiced lamb, big colourful salads, new potatoes and bread and dips. And there was lashings of it! Many of our guests said that the food was the best they have ever eaten at a wedding, and it was definitely the best I have ever had at any big event. Sophie's staff were also excellent - calm and good humoured, and made sure that everything went smoothly on the day so that we didn't need to worry at all. We wholeheartedly recommend The Art of Food. Don't hesitate - contact Sophie and she will do a great job of listening to what you want and making it happen. Thank you.

Sophies food was fab but unfortunately she supplied us with a team to cater for the wedding that were not able to manage, this resulted in various problems including two guests not getting a full meal and staff apparently not been qualified enough to pour champagne (which had previously been discussed several times) there were many other issues we encountered on the day. This is a shame as Sophie had been adaptable on the lead up but we were more then disappointed with the level of service on the day, especially as we had discussed it many times.

Choosing Sophie to cater for our family wedding was one of the best decisions we made. She is calm, friendly, professional and above all a cracking good cook. Lots of delicious menu ideas and helpful staff. The lovely food is mentioned in all our guests' thank you letters. We would recommend her without reservation for any event large or small and even when the rain is lashing down ( which it did!). The Hoare Family
