        Terrible costumer services . I was regular costumer and bought pret subscription 20 a month . They refuse to give me drink because their manager made new policy only one person can buy one coffee per subscription. I cant buy for my colleague even I have the her mobile with the code still they refuse to serve me . When I ask for the manager number or to complain someone . They gave me wrong number just for another shop which is unfair . What the point of having monthly when they are busy and they cant serve us with the subscription. When we bought this monthly subscription. There was no policy for busy time and didnt mention on the term and condition before buying this offer but now they have made their own . They should have mention this before but no . I am going to cancel my subscription and so does my colleague. We work nearby shop 10 to 7pm . This is nearby pret and we were their daily costumer. I am Very disappointed of the staff and the manager please guys dont their monthly subscription because they will make their own new policies.
