        No queue and incredibly helpful staff

        I consistently have a wonderful experience at this post office. The ticket system for queuing is incredibly helpful, and there's even a self-service terminal for basic post if you want to skip the queues. The staff are all friendly, professional, and go out of their way to help you. Overall, I highly recommend this post office for its excellent service.

        Terrible customer service. The lady Dinma is useless, she gives out false information and tries to overcharge you even after I showed her the right price online. Made a complaint with the Post Office. Waiting time of over 20 mins. Manager is useless as well as Dinma. Terrible customer service.
