Excellent customer service, disappointed that the shoes I wanted to try/buy, werent in stock there. The store is rather small, however the customer service is so good, I easily overlooked the fact that the shoes I came in to get, werent there in my size, will order online. I do like the fact that I could try on to see which size was the proper one for me. And I did walk out with a pair I had planned to buy later, very happy with my purchase. Would definitely shop here again.or at least try on whats there to see how they look on me, .

Chris is fantastic! The perfect mix of fun, professional, and patient. Weve purchased online before but never been into the store, it was lovely to see all the beautiful shoes in person. We tried on a few pairs, they were limited in their sizes but Chris was so helpful with letting us try on similar shoes in different sizes so we know what pair were going to purchase online. Only wish they had more sizes so I couldve tried a few more pairs on, although due to the sizing I felt no pressure to buy or I wouldve ended up walking out with 3 or 4 pairs, so my wallet is appreciative. A lovely experience and one of the only places still using covid protocols which was honestly fantastic (masks are a preference, not a requirement, and only 2 customers allowed in store at a time). Will be visiting again!! 10/10 experience.
