Went in to get my watch battery replaced. The guy is super friendly. Dropped my watch off, was told it'll be 8.95 and take 15 minutes but I can pick it up at a time that's convenient for me. Popped back a few hours later on my lunch break, picked up my watch, paid and left. In and out in a flash. Got a receipt for 1 year warranty and again, the guy was super nice.

I used them to duplicate a set of keys. I payed just over 23 but when I got home and tested them, absolutely NONE of those keys were working. So I went today to ask for a refund (since I didn't want to risk having to come back again) but they said to come back the next day at 8. I explained that, due to the nature of my work, I only travel to the City once a month, the copies were made a month ago, and so I can't be there tomorrow morning. The refund was still refused for the reason that I should've come back the second day after I realized the keys were not working... So this was literally just like throwing money over the window. I'm not sure what is the quality of the other services they are offering but for key cuts, I would certainly avoid them (unless you want to keep going back until they cut them properly)...
