        I decided to give yoga a try and found Erika. She is great. Patient and very encouraging. A great teacher who aims to get the best out of everyone. I highly recommend her classes. I have a new lease of life and can't wait to continue.

        Erika is a professional yoga instructor with a lovely personality and endless helpfulness on top. I personally prefer a her dynamic classes as those actually make you put some effort, compared to other classes. She also corrects our postures to make sure we do it right. I will definetely keep going to her classes whenever I can. I cannot recommend her enough! :)
