        Have been going to classes at Lano Southsea yoga for over a year now. There is a wide range of classes from ashtanga to yin to hot so something for everyone! All of the teachers are incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about yoga. I really, really enjoy their classes and usually learn something new or take away a piece of wisdom each visit. The studio itself is comfortable with a nice outlook to a back garden. Great community

        The best yoga studio in town. Ibe tried various classes and I like most of them, but Hot yoga is my passion! All the teachers are incredible. All the premises are very clean. It also has a small garden for the hot months.

        Lano yoga was the space that welcomed me in this city, I appreciate it as a home with friends, they are a community of excellent teachers. All its classes and events are of excellent quality, as are its facilities, the location is wonderful. I'm glad there are places like LANO yoga in Portsmouth. Every activity and class I have participated in has been worth it.
