        Called for damp problem in bedroom, initial visit identified cause of problem ( damp course was no longer effective. ) Advice was given regarding tanking and a quote was given 3 days later. A date and time was given for work to be undertaken, however on the day the company found they had double booked which was unfortunate however they came the following day. Office member was polite and friendly on the telephone and we were pleased with the job done over 2 days and the manner in which the worker completed it. Overall very pleased with the service provided.

        Called them when I found damp. Quick response. Great advice and they were round the next week to repair. Really nice man - Mark - did a fabulous job of tanking a basement for me, despite numerous difficulties, always optimistic and solved all the problems without any fuss. Pleased with the result and service. Recommend.
