Dreadful communication from this company. I called them 10 days ago, promised a call back regarding a 2 week booking, never bothered to call, called them again and was promised the quote in 5 minutes in my inbox, never arrived, call to follow up 1hr 30min later to find no record of my call and now they have no car available to rent. Shambles.

Hired two Tesla vehicles from this company in autumn 2021. They were a pleasure to deal with, very helpful and very professional. The cars were a delight. They were also kind enough to send me an item I left in one of the cars free of charge by recorded delivery. It was the first time we had hired an electric car and we could not be happier with the service we received from this company. Discussions are already underway for a third period of hire.
