Peter Cooper Volkswagen

My experience of this dealer is that they have no respect for your time. I arranged a test drive for 10am, confirmed this again the day before and when I arrived with my family I was made to wait for over half an hour with no acknowledgement from any of the sales team and no apology from the salesperson. We ended up leaving as there was just no sign that we would ever be dealt with. The lady at the front desk was trying at least and eventually unlocked the car after I asked but a woeful introduction to the Volkswagen brand which seems to be successful despite this level of service not because of it.

Ive had issues with my polo (and been taking it to a non vw garage, they were unable to solve the problems I was having) Peter cooper service department was just brilliant, they are super busy so I had to wait 2 weeks to be seen but it was worth waiting. Kirsty was my service advisor, she went through everything and kept me in the loop throughout with regards to costs, time frames etc. I stopped going to Peter cooper a few years ago and have realised that I shouldnt have stopped. Very happy

Amazing experience from start to finish. Sam was great, made me feel very special and understood what I wanted rather than being told what to buy which can often be the case. Communication was great from point of order to picking the vehicle up. Pleasure to deal with and won't be the last time I use them as my wife has ordered a car which we'll collect in May! Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
