Bought my Ford Grand tourneo connect from Hendy Portsmouth. Jack was absolutely brilliant from start to finish . I live in Derbyshire, so firstly he sent me a very detailed personal video of the car . He was always very quick and replying to any questions I had . Then I drove to Portsmouth to collect my new new car . Jack was very professional and very knowledgeable. Then after about 5 cups of brilliant tea , I drove home in my new car . If I was to buy another car , Jack will always be my 1st call . Cheers Jack , you're a star .

I'll not vuy a car anymore from this place and don't recommend anyone to do so. They are good and friendly when they want to sell a car , and promising everything, but after you buy, you will have a 100% problem with the car, and they will pull back and start to say scrap and negotive attitude . And complain department don't do a f... all. One word how can describe this company ( STAMPERS ).

I brought a used Jeep Renegade I saw on the HeyCar plafrom from Hendy. I reasearched HeyCar and Hendy before ordering, which gave me the confidence to buy a car online. I've been really pleased with my new car, it was really well presented and met the description perfectly. After the car had been delivered HeyCar did pass me on to Hendy to answer a few questions and the aftersale service from Daniel K @ Hendy has been brilliant and everything I have asked has been sorted without any problems. I would recommend Hendy and would look to buy one of thier cars in the future - Thanks Daniel and Team !!!

Bought a car with a few bits that needed doing before collection,car collected,issues not resolved as we discovered, called Hendy,was promised a call back to arrange issues to be fixed ,3 weeks passed ,no phone call,visited the Hendy site yesterday, again promised a call back,what a surprise NO CALL BACK - Beginning to agree with other reviews that HENDY customer service is non existent. Update on car,managed to get it in finally,3 issues,one sort of resolved on the day, second problem,a door rubber needing replacement,was told it would be ordered,a week later and nothing from Hendy,and 3rd issue a very badly repaired wing,which we noticed very early on after collection of car,paint not matching in colour and runs in paint, with overspray,not sure how they missed this before they sold the car,again told someone would contact us regarding this issue,still no contact .
