I had an accident with my car and had it repaired by the workshop in Portsmouth. I'm really happy with the works done to my car it looks like brand new. Thank you very much to the team and especially to David for going the extra mile and sorting out a courtesy car for the time that my car was in for repairs.

Bit like most car showrooms: the cars are lovely the front desk sales guys are great and receptionists are friendly and welcoming. It goes a bit downhill when you purchase the car. My experience here involved dealing with sale managers who could have been trained to sell double glazing in the 80s, all suited and booted like peacocks and who just come across smarmy and pushy and willing to sell their soul to get you to take added extras. I would rather just deal with the front desk sales guys. No after sales follow up which was disappointing, however they are good to follow up on MoT and service reminders (thats cause it makes them money).
