        Terrible lack of knowledge from staff bordering on mis-selling. Had to return a S20 due to terrible battery life and overheating. Staff very rude and aggressive (particularly Ash) and effectively called me a liar. Tried to tell me the phone had a snapdragon processor which is incorrect. Avoid like the plague.

        If I really could give them no star, I would have done that since they dont deserve even one star. Having tried a few phone companies, I said to myself lets give them a go. Unfortunately they are not any better. The customer service representative lied to me at the point of sale and caused me problems. When I talked to the manager regarding this and asking to listen to recorded phone calls, she shrugged her shoulders and said whatever. Give them a good miss. Same attitude like the other phone companies
