        Approached kiosk with my 15 year old daughter. Spoke to a Ben or maybe Brad. The men working here are really creepy. They made my daughter feel very uncomfotable. Whatever you need from Sky, just call or do it online. Stay away from these guys.

        I only wanted to speak to a person, but that was impossible. How can this be good customer service? How on earth is it possible to promise a service, but not have one single person willing or able to speak with customers. The most ridiculous of all is the recommendation on their website to get or ask for help from other customers. They are not paid to provide customer service, YOU are.
