I started as a complete novice this year and find the teaching excellent. Tai Chi is good for both my body and my mind and I always feel more positive and cheerful after each session. Everyone in the group is friendly and welcoming no matter what your level of experience. I would definitely recommend the Five Elements Academy

I have studied various martial arts for 30 years, and have come across many talented and skilled teachers. Cristian is up there with the best: not only is he a great martial artist, he is also an inspiring teacher, creating many of those "scales falling from the eyes moments " which help so much with training.

I've been going to Cristian's classes for a number of years and look forward to each one as I know I will leave feeling physically and mentally enriched. Cristian shares his extensive knowledge of Tai Chi and everything related to it in a very accessible way and his lessons are a pleasure to attend.

Christian is a really exceptional teacher and the class , inspite of the varying levels of expertise everyone is made to feel very welcome . I enjoy the one hour session just to concentrate on the movements, I will never be brilliant but I love it !
