        Regularly does not send my prescription to my pharamcy, or missing out vital medication on precriotions so i only get 3 of 4 parts , leading me to have Ezeama flair ups that then in turn gives anxiety and depression making me unable to work missing out on money, unable to go out, see people or see my girlfriend and to live my life normally. Im unable to maintain a regular routine in my own health care because of my prescription getting messee up. Back in the day when it was just the milton park practice they were great. I hate complaining but i have to now, sorry.
