The security man on the door (when he is there) always says hello and bye to everyone that walks in, it makes for such a pleasant welcome to the shop.
And recently I have encountered a younger lady who wears glasses and has red hair. She is amazing with my daughter (2 years old). She will come over crouch down and have a chat with her about what she is doing and my daughter loves it.
Both staff members have gone above and beyond their duties, please give them a bonus!
