        I used DSP when building society valuer insisted on Structural Engineering Report before giving a value to lend against. Valuer was very difficult and even with a report showing no serious issues still insisted on all work being undertaken before mortgage offer. David from DSP was very helpful supporting me in providing information to overcome this issue. Eventually building society made firm offer with no works or retention required. I would definitely use DSP again.
