Brian Masters at FastCalc is extremely knowledgeable and has solved many site issues for me in the past where a specialist solution was required - I wouldn't go anywhere else.

2 sets of structural calcs completed Nov 2022 This company was recommended to me along with 2 others. Its true they werent the cheapest or the most expensive, but they did however make us feel very comfortable with our choice. We were advised they were busy but they gave us a date when they would get out for a site visit which they did. They also didnt complain when we advised we were at least 45 mins drive from them. We required 2 sets of structural calcs for 2 very different barn renovation/builds, one partly up with a brick lower, wood top the other a tall all metal frame with some bricks/blocks and feather edging. We were quite concerned as we werent sure re the footings and it also had a large oak tree close by. On the visit Brian arrived bright and cheerful, he checked everything out, listened to our requirements and came up with a couple of different suggestions that would work there & then. Nothing was too much trouble, he was friendly and didnt rush us at all. We are very happy with the service provided, it was exactly what we needed even with a tweak for later renovation idea (we may or may not do) but is completely covered. The office guys and gals were always friendly helpful and speedy with paperwork, all in all we feel it was a great service for us and would be happy to recommend. Thanks Brian and the Fast Calc team

We use fastcalc regularly for works within the UK airports, they are always super efficient and helpful, we have never had anything other than a positive experience. After having other less favourable experiences with other structural engineers I wouldn't hesitate to recommend fast calc.

I cannot speak more highly of this engineering firm. I have used them for over a decade, on numerous projects and they have always been outstanding. I have recommended them to friends and colleagues who have had equally excellent experiences and choose fastcalc over any other engineering firm.
