These chaps will really go out of their way to assist. A few times now I've needed some odds and ends of steel. They always come through, no matter how small the job.

I would like to say a public thank you to the two gentleman from this business who attended and fixed my garage door on Tuesday 4th Sept on behalf of PCC council. I had a 1pm appointment but was phoned earlier to see if they could attend early which I welcomed. They did a good investigation on the damage that had been caused, deciding on the materials they would need and the method they would complete the repair work, going away for a short time before again phoning to say they were on their way back with the materials. They did a really amazing repair, easily surpassing the strength and security of when the garage door was originally constructed, double riveting, they really went out of their way to ensure it was the reputation of the business they work for rather than a quick repair just to PCC standards, ensuring I would be satisfied with their work, and I am! They worked well together, wore safety glasses and gloves throughout, wore boiler suits with the company logo on, managed their tools safely, cleaned up really well when they had finished, and they were friendly and communicative throughout both to each other and myself as the customer. And whilst this business was hired by PCC, should I ever need they're services in the future I have stored their business details on my phone as I wouldn't hesitate to use them myself. They have been outstanding!
