I wouldn't go anywhere else. I have been lucky enough to have plenty of massages around the world and I still always come back to Body Mechanic. Rich knows his stuff. Period. He makes you feel welcome, relaxed and listens to what you have to say about your aches and pains. He also most importantly tailors the massage to suit YOUR needs and not his. After competing at an elite level throughout my sporting career I have seen various physiotherapists and sports massage therapists. After changing sports over the last year I have encountered new injuries, aches and pains. I came too Rich with a lower limb injury which he was than happy to help me with. He was extremely knowledgeable and competent whilst maintaining professionalism throughout. After only a few sessions I was really pleased with the results and would most definitely recommend Rich to anyone.
