Cameron is an actual miracle worker and one of the nicest people you could hope to meet. I have always really struggled with my flexibility, but with regular sessions and making sure I keep up the stretching, I have seen a massive improvement. Cameron goes above and beyond, putting loads of effort into researching any tricky issues outside of your session time, and is super knowledgeable. I've felt safe during any visits since Covid-19, thanks to all the effort Cameron has put in reducing any risk. Oh and he now has a heated blanket for you to lay on, if you want it - check that out for caring about your comfort :)

Cameron offers an exceptional service, with excellent knowledge and in depth research that will identify secondary issues that can arise from an injury and prescribing the necessary prehab to prevent them. This combined with his friendly nature and genuine care for your comfort (as much as he can when your quads need work) make him easy to recommend to anyone with any sporting injury or existing niggle. An absolute professional.
