        We've been using Loadbalancer for a couple of years now and I have to say that I'm always impressed by the tech support engineers. Excellent product knowledge and always happy to help. They are also happy to get under the hood and help you with custom configs if you can't get what you want from the web gui which is very refreshing.

        I've used this product for several years now and absolutely love it. Very easy configuration and great documentation. But where they really shine is their excellent customer service. I've had multiple interactions when my knowledge or understanding was lacking, they consistently have fast accurate responses. I give them my recommendation and won't hesitate to use them again for any load balancing needs in the future.
