        Needed Yale keys cut. Paid way over the top for two keys that had to be ordered in (thinking great I'll get Yale replacements). They were cheap and nasty timpson keys and not proper Yale keys and twice the size. I'll stick to the online far cheaper alternatives now as at least they supply Yale keys. Feel very ripped off for what I paid.

        Whilst standing and waiting, the lady who was working told me that she was closed, at 5 minutes to 6, whilst the doors are open and she is serving the person in front of me. "Sorry, I've cleaned up and I need to cash up yet..." Never had this problem before. I'll stick to using the Havant branch. The service is alot better.
