As a disabled guy I cannot always respond to a request made on the main phone as I spend much of my day in bed.
I therefore wanted an extension to be established from my bedroom.
A man appeared on time to give an estimate. Despite promising an immediate response, it never came. I tried three phone calls. Each time I was assured that a quote for extension would be with me shortly. Each time there was no follow up.
Such poor, poor service.
