Gavin was very nice to deal with and was helpful when you could get hold of him, but numerous no-shows for arranged appointments, a system that was half installed, no back-up support for software that had crashed and a job half-finished not fit for use. Have since had to pay another company to come in to finish the job and put right various aspects of the work Threshold carried out. This was for a charity as well!

Dont waste ypur time! Gavin came out & gave us a quote, then we made an appointment for the installation...& no one turned up. This happened two more times, even following a conversation with Gavin assuring us this would not happen again. We have since gone elsewhere & wouldn't recommend this company at all

Gavin has supplied security systems for me at my current and previous company and also my house and I cannot recommend him enough. Never any issues at all and he has installed alarms, CCTV and security gates at our premises. Exceptionally professional and courteous.
