Amazing English breakfasts and coffee. Very good service and very calm and serene place so it's definitely a good place to drink a coffee or have a brunch. Will be returning soon ;)

Popped by for breakfast /lunch. Fairly clean and tidy with decor ok if you dont mind 60s/70s style pine wood panelling. Waitress was polite and perfectly friendly. But we came for a little bite to eat. Tea served in Ikea glass cups give you an idea whats coming... Full English at 9.20 you are entitled to expect something reasonable but this food was akin to Wetherspoons or maybe Sainsburys cafe...which are both not too great qualtywise... if inexpensive. Poor quality sausages and scrimpy on the - streaky - bacon. Beans bit cold like the tomatoes and mushrooms possibly from a tin...certainly nothing special. Hash browns just greasy. 2 fried eggs on bread were ok...but this is basically 'cheap' food. Other reviews speak of decent food but thats just not true...I eat/have eaten in lots of cafes and restaurants and the ownership here will not retain a decent level of custom with this standard of cuisine. Pity because its nice to get away from the chains and support the community. Partner ate a burger and was worried by the amount of pink in the meat but thats her point to make. .. Sorry...2 stars is justified... Below average food but fairly expensive..
