Definitely need to book ahead here for a table and I can see why. The food is delicious and its a good idea to arrive with a hearty appetite and room for a large meal. The staff are friendly and happy to walk you through the drinks options if Belgian beer is new to you.

Ive been to huis 3 times. Thats testament to the consistent enjoyment Ive had at the place! With that said its only a 4 star because every dish Ive ever had leaves you wanting more. With the pork, the sauce is to sweet and same for the duck, whereas with the steak it was 30.00 for a small ribeye and chips which is kind of insane and it was just tasty but nothing special. Steak slightly tough and overcooked but still enjoyable. Overall, value is okay and food is obviously cooked by people that have knowledge about food and that care about the business. Service is friendly and the beer selection is unparalleled. For a 5* Id like to see better value and more savoury sauces on the duck and pork option.
