        I had problems with the DPF, I told you it had had three attempted regens that rectify it and all you wanted to do was replace items that could be cleaned by a professional, such as catalytic converters and dpf. You expected me to pay over 3000 for work but I only spent 330 on a professional clean of my dpf. RIP off merchant comes to mind.

        I have just ordered my new Motability Car, a Renault Captur Hybrid, from Hendy Renault today. I've been using this dealership for years because I always receive friendly informative service. Tom was exceptional today explaining what a Hybrid car was and the benefits to the environment and my pocket. Can't wait to get my new car Just an update I've just picked up my new Renault. Tom Benham was great talking me through all the new features, making sure I felt comfortable with the car before leaving
