        Wonderful proper pub with glorious Easter decorations and celebrations. Today featured a brilliant Scotch Egg Bake off competition. Home bakers made delicious Scotch Eggs, from the classic to one's with a twist. All judged by presentation and taste. This wonderful selection was then able to be tasted by everyone in the pub to check if the judges got it right! In the main they did! This was followed by a boiled egg conker competition. Great fun and hilarious! Everyone was welcomed and as a first timer to the pub we were made to feel completely at home. We will be back
