Dr Aisan really helped me to recognise behaviours and implement changes in my life in small, manageable doses. My mental health improved so much and as a result of this, i was able to find the strength to manage and improve my physical health. The techniques taught by Dr Aisan were extremely beneficial when I found myself in difficult situations away from our sessions and in time allowed me to care for myself a lot more. She is such a lovely and approachable person and I would recommend her to anyone. Thank you Dr Aisan.

I am really happy with my experience with Dr. Aisan. She is an easy to talk to professional who is focused on changing behaviour and getting results. I am pleased with the change in my behaviour and mentality and forever grateful for her patience and clarity. Dr. Aisan is great on making sure you understands things and simplies all that psychological jargon into ways that anyone can understand regardless of language barrier and cultural differences.
