Dont even bother trying to contact them. They never pick up the phone nor do they reply to emails and messages. I was waiting for them to carry out my references for a few days and after that they told me the room is already taken. The level of unproffesionalism is mindblowing. I never had a worse experience with an agency. Hayley ignores all messages and calls. Pathetic.

Hayley and Tom are exceptional, honest landlords. They were always easy to contact about any problems or queries that arose. They fixed any repairs needed quickly and provided great communication with such matters. They made my whole renting experience seamless from start to finish.

Hayley and Tom are hands down the best landlords I've ever had. They provide a quick and personable service, you always know they are on your side and want the best for you. HTP Property Solutions provide a personable, efficient and very professional service to their tenants. Tom and Hayley are extremely helpful and consistently resolved issues promptly, going the extra mile on several occasions for me. The HTP property I lived in was spacious and nicely furnished with homely touches. From my perspective the model HTP use offers a great service to both tenants and landlords, and is built around trust and mutual respect. I would highly recommend HTP Property to anyone seeking rented accommodation in the Portsmouth area.
