There is always good communication and it really feels that Patricia and co genuinely want to make sure their tenants are looked after.

These people rip people off their money and I think they have never heard about the word customer service their whole life. I think most of these reviews are self created by this agency. I would never give a single star to this agency but there are no negative stars.
