Had an endoscopy here and as an anxious patient I was very much put at ease. The receptionists were friendly, the whole process was super efficient and quick. I was in and out in just over an hour! The nurses and doctors were very knowledgeable and friendly, and helped me relax during the procedure. Would recommend!

I originally had an endoscopy done here a couple of years ago but couldnt finish the procedure. This time, I got an appointment within 5 days of them calling me, and knowing I was extremely anxious and bordering on having a panic attack, the nurses and doctor were absolutely brilliant at putting my mind at ease, explaining everything in a simple yet concise manner, explaining everything they did beforehand, the quality of care here was absolutely brilliant! Once Id woken up a bit from the sedation the lady looking after me was so very kind, she didnt rush me at all and she made sure I was safe to leave with my boyfriend taking me home. She held my hand at one point when I was struggling, I dont remember the procedure too well due to sedation but I remember the warmth and empathy she showed towards me. Thank you so much for all you do.
