shocking manners of mrs ally or lally swearing at me because didnt know value of my sons parcel, will never use this place again and will make sure others dont !!!!!!

Says it should be open, walked there and its closed at 8:30am, they got my parcel. Very odd service if they can open whenever they want.

I am at the post office while typing this and there is no one, it's closed. Outside on the glass it's mentioned that the Saturday opening time is 7 am.

The old woman that works in there should be fired...absolute hag. Told me I had no brain because I didn't bring my own pen to write out an international label... Shocking that people like these get to keep their jobs

Lady was very very rude to us when we tried to return a parcel as part of the service that the Post Office supply advising that they make no money from it - it was pre paid so we didnt pay for it anyway, but she wouldnt listen and continued to advise that they dont get paid for it Wasnt too confident that our parcel was in safe hands with them, Id advise using Fratton or North End instead.
