        Bald guy with glasses was an utter d*ck to me and my son, I've left thousands of reviews but never one left due to an individuals repeated poor anti social behaviour. Recently he SCREAMED AT my son to stop touching and going through the cards display...despite that we had specifically come in for cards and a stamp. Another occasion we came in to pay our local parking permit. Was for some reason very reluctant to give out the parking tickets, told me my ID proofs were questionable and that I didn't bring in the proof of address needed (I brought in driving licence, passport, tennancy agreement, gas bill like the website says) which you have to pay for, and almost seed like he didn't want to actually part with them

        Met a old lady there, very unprofessional, rude and totally acted like a bitter racist. I was very appalled and astonished by her level of professionalism, very wrong. Pls AVOID TOTALLY IF YOU CAN.
