        Having arrived early, it delivered on.most requirements. It offers retail outlets, waiting area and a good menu, for those on the move. Booking in, was .fast and efficient. Toilet facilities were clean and of a high standard. The waiting area is large, and warm; however the seats go a little hard, towards the end of the wait. An excellent idea, is the installation of a cold water fountain, to fill water bottles.

        Britany Ferries Staff are more intetested to book a cab with a private hire firm , while there is a proper Portsmouth City Council's TAXI RANK outside terminal building. May be they getting some commission from them.

        We were embarking on a cruise so didn't have a lot of time to look at the facilities. Basically it was straight through security then checked in and onto an awaiting bus to the ship.
