Portsmouth Fibreglass Centre

Been there twice in person. They undoubtedly know their stuff and always seem to be busy making things. Don't, however, expect a 'professional' counter service (there isn't one - counter/shop - despite the impression you might get from their website). It might be somewhat intimidating to the uninitiated who aren't sure what they need. So, it's the customer interface-side they really needed to up their game on; especially the immediate walk-in space/ interface/ meet-greet/ discovery. There's no dedicated place to park either - and it's a true industrial estate setting, always a bit chaotic. All together ...hence a max of three stars.

I'm really impressed with their outstanding service, I ordered Wednesday 4.30 as I urgently needed fibreglassing tools to which they were so helpful and delivered the next day locally. Would definitely use again

I used this company when I was attempting to renovate a canoe i dragged out of tidal creek, they were helpful, friendly and made sure I had exactly the right stuff for what I needed. Also gave me loads of advice and pointers.

Website times are wrong, drove down as said open on Saturday but closed, website says open, went back on Monday to be told closes at 4.30pm, website says closes at 5.30pm. Obviously don't want me to spend my cash there so not going back again as probably be told there closed.
