Been to Steve multiple times over the last 3 years. Always super knowledgeable, very friendly and gives expert advice while not luring you into a contract. Everything priced on ad-hoc which is rare in the treatment world. Will continue to go back! Fixed 3 issues for me through physio in the past and given solid massages too!

I went to UpandRunning at the Pyramids following a recommendation. I pulled my calf after doing Parkrun on 3 September and was signed up to do the GSR (Great South Run) on 16 October. George listened carefully to my medical history, living with incurable cancer, and understood my very personal goal to complete the GSR one more time. I attended weekly physio sessions and George gave me stretches and exercises to do in between. I am delighted to say I completed my dream and finished the run last Sunday without any problems at all. I trapped a nerve in my back a bout 6 years ago and needed desperate help on the day because of my occupation. I put a message out on FB and James got back to me almost immediately. They saw me at short notice and alleviated the trapped nerve. I have used when pregnant suffering with sciatica and have referred several clients their way. Great service, professional attitude, highly recommended

I have been suffering from nerve pain and have frequent appointments at Up and Running with the wonderful Emily. She works wonders in treating my pain and I always leave feeling so much better. All the staff there are so friendly and welcoming, I definitely recommend their treatments for sports injuries/ nerve related pain.
