Appalling! After using this chemist for 15 years! Never again. I had to ask the lady to stop shouting at me when they had lied consistently to me for 2 days as to where my medications were. I don't care how busy you are, nothing allows you to abuse a customer, especially when I was speaking very calmly to them and I checked with my GPs prescription issue date and time on their website. Avoid like the plague. Truly awful.

A total rip-off! The same product being sold 25% more expensive than the one sold in Guidhall Walk. Awful customer service, very unhelpful staff. Definitely won't recommend this anyone.
