If you won't to do a repeat prescription don't use this chemist . Every time they messed it up . Sorry we re order be ready in 2 days times then when time up call them again and still not done prescription properly again. And have to go to doctors . Will be look at using new pharmacy. Plus there 2 rude members of staff in the London road pharmacy. I will be making a complaint about them 2 staff members one of thems Needs an attitude adjustment. And training in dealing with costumers. Plus I don't know why the have a phone non of the staff seem to know how to answer a phone. See why they get customers kicking off.

Awful service now, not sure what's changed, had to wait 5 days for a repeat PX, didnt have notification it was ready! Phoned 3 times in 2 days just for someone to actually answer the phone, when you do eventually get through they dont know if your PX is actually ready or not, awful service

Hassle free, with a smile. Have never had an issue that could not be sorted in a timely manner.

The lady who served me was actually nice, but the -probably- manager / supervisor's attitude was totally unacceptable. She refused to hand out the medication I wanted to buy saying they have a shortage even when I explained that it's 3 adults who need it. She was exceptionally rude and definitely not showing any behaviour what you would expect as a customer let alone from a healthcare professional. There are many other pharmacies around where the staff is nice, helpful and supporting people. I will never visit this place again. Shame on this lady to leave a whole family without medication. She is cruel.
