Always a Professional Service by Aunty and the team who navigate through the challenge of ever changing medication in the pill box scheme. Without the support of this service managing my husband's medicine for Alzheimer's and associated issues, means I can rest assured he is well looked after. Bless Aunty she cares is on the ball when it comes to her clients and definitely goes the extra mile. As is my experience with all the staff at this pharmacy. Thank you for all your hard work in my opinion you are unsung heroes in a dog eat dog world.

I needed eye drops for conjunctivitis .3 months ago they were 8, this week they were 15 . The pharmacy in purbrook they are 5.99 . Also on ringing to enquire about something I was hung up on before I finished what I was saying . So rude

Excellent service today when my prescription hadnt been sent across in time for the bank holiday weekend. Provided advice about how to get emergency medication and after a call to 111 I left with the medication I needed. Thank you!

Very knowledgeable and lovely helpful staff. Our prescription is always ready when we go to collect it and never have any missing items. We prefer to collect our prescriptions from this chemist even though we live five miles away.Ten out of ten for customer service.

Best pharmacy for miles! They always have medicine in when most others have to order it in. They are super speedy, very friendly and always helpful. I travel over 15 minutes to get to this pharmacy, passing at least 6 others as this is simply the best. Thank you! Im not able to write a second review, but just wanted to provide an update. Ive been extremely ill recently and had to get lots of different medications over several weeks. That has meant Ive been in multiple locations getting help/treatment. Nearly every time Ive tried to get medication, no pharmacy had it inexcept Drayton Prime. Not only did the other pharmacies not have the meds, they were never helpful and often got frustrated that I was asking when the medication would be available. Drayton always has the medication. Twice they didnt have the full amount (Ive needed some rare meds in high quantities) and they would give time estimates without me asking. Drayton Prime is ALWAYS helpful, kind and well stocked! QA pharmacy isnt as well stocked! Thank you so much. You take away so much stress!
