Rowlands Pharmacy Osborne Road

Small but extremely helpful. I have only positive experiences here of both pharmacists and counter staff. Not my nearest pharmacy but my pharmacy of choice. Sometimes there is a queue - but the staff never rush their customer interactions and always ensure that we understand the medications. I think that is worth a little wait.

Small shop space and be prepared for long wait in line. However the fantastic and caring staff makes up for delays. Big shout out to Glenda,so calm and professional under a great deal of pressure. Well done to all the staff,and remember customers, be kind.

Absolute thieves I bought a nappy cream yesterday and was charged 7.89 for it where as everywhere else is 3.15 and I did not realise that until today. I went back to ask why.. she said we change our prices every Wednesday the cream was 4 today suddenly!! I was surprised by this massive price change although (sudden price drop???) pretty sure that she just didnt bother to investigate this and resolve it and instead gave me an attitude. Will never go back and highly suggest others not to do so as there is always the longest queue ever with an unreasonable pricing.
