        Teri is lovely (hence the extra star) and weve been taking our pooch here for months now. Were usually seen every 6-7 weeks and book a week or two in advance as its very weather dependant how frequent we visit, but it appears were now being ghosted. No reply to phone and no reply to messages via fb (how weve always previously booked) despite being able to see that Teri has read the messages weve sent and sending more than one. Really disappointed as love to support local and as the weathers warmed up and now our dog is uncomfortable as Im waiting to be fitted in elsewhere. Not happy and loyal customer now lost.

        Groomed my German shepherd and was really good and patient with her as she can be very nervous of new people.

        Really pleased the first time I went so booked again. Turned up, double booked. Not a problem, these things happen. Rescheduled to later in the week. Friday comes along - cancelled by the groomer. A bit miffed, but okay. Despite calling (and being told they'd get back to me) and messaging a few times outlining that it was getting a bit desperate (knots and also no other groomers available short notice) they never got back to me. Really disappointed as love supporting local businesses. Now we have to wait a month to be seen by the Groom Room. I'm not feeling sorry for myself, but for my dog,as she is getting more and more of an urgent case and difficult to brush.
