        I've been coming to this gym for around 8 months now. I joined because, as a women in her 50's, I knew I needed to focus on gaining strength but had no idea how to do that or where to start. Now 8 months on, I know I am stronger and my body is more capable, but more than that I have found something I love doing! I really look forward to coming in, and that's not something I can say about any other exercise I have done. This is down to the brilliant coaches and fantastic community of people who have been supportive since the very first day.

        Excellent gym this morning with Sean, on a re-hab move session. Great focus on form to achieve to most, whilst easing back in to regular but spaced routine, maximising recovery to go again. Great facilities, great coaches and fab people.
